Carolyn is a MASc Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include synthetic biology, DNA nanotechnology, immunoengineering.

Prior to joining the Chou Lab, she earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Neuroscience at the University of Toronto. During her undergraduate studies, she completed independent research projects under Dr. Peter K. Kim and Dr. Andreas Schulze at the Hospital for Sick Children

Outside of the lab, Carolyn enjoys reading, baking, swimming, and cafe-hopping.
